Author Elizabeth Lymer has released a new children’s book, Hector Hectricity and the Missing Socks. Illustrated by Azra Momin and published by Aneesa Books, it’s a delight to see yet another children’s book publication with Muslim characters, and not only Muslim characters, but Muslim characters of mixed ethnic heritage. I can’t wait to get my hands on a copy, and, inshaa’Allah, a review is forthcoming!
